Abstract P263: Resequencing Study Identifies Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosterone System Genes and Novel Low Frequency Variants Associated with Blood Pressure Salt-sensitivity

TL;DR: A RAAS candidate gene resequencing study among participants in the Genetic Epidemiology Network of Salt-Sensitivity study provides promising evidence for a role of low-frequency and rare RAAS variants in BP salt-sensitivity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Relieving immunosuppression by Endo@PLT targeting anti-angiogenesis to improve the efficacy of immunotherapies.

TL;DR: A tumor-targeting drug delivery system composed of Endo-loaded platelets (Endo@PLT) was developed to relieve immunosuppression by achieving tumor vascular normalization, achieving excellent PD-1 immunotherapy in vivo.
Journal ArticleDOI

Rare coding variants in RCN3 are associated with blood pressure

TL;DR: This article identified low frequency and rare genetic variants within previously reported linkage regions on chromosomes 1 and 19 in African American families from the Trans-Omics for Precision Medicine (TOPMed) program.
Journal ArticleDOI

DNA Supramolecular Hydrogel-Enabled Sustained Delivery of Metformin for Relieving Osteoarthritis.

TL;DR: In this article , a DNA supramolecular hydrogel (DSH) has been utilized as a sustained drug delivery vehicle for MET to treat OA, which dramatically prolonged the retention time of MET in the articular cavity from 3 to 14 days and simultaneously exerted a greater anti-inflammatory effect.
