Iconographies supplémentaires de l'article : Highly accurate prediction of food challenge outcome using routinely available clinical data
Audrey DunnGalvin,Deirdre Daly,Claire Cullinane,Emily Stenke,Diane Keeton,Mich Erlewyn-Lajeunesse,Graham Roberts,Jane S. Lucas,Jonathan Hourihane +8 more
TL;DR: A model to predict food challenge outcome by using routinely collected data in a diverse sample of children considered suitable for food challenge showed an advantage in clinical prediction and has implications for the improved delivery of food allergy-related health care, enhanced food allergies-related quality of life, and economized use of health service resources by decreasing the number of food challenges performed.

TL;DR: This expert consensus explores the issues related to evidence-based management of food allergy at school, the issues of managing the health of children attending school that are acutely posed by the constraints of an infectious pandemic, and how to harmonize these needs so that all children can attend school with minimal risk from both an infectious and allergic standpoint.
