Journal ArticleDOI

Ibrutinib versus ofatumumab in previously treated chronic lymphoid leukemia.

TL;DR: Ibrutinib, as compared with ofatumumab, significantly improved progression-free survival, overall survival, and response rate among patients with previously treated CLL or SLL.
Journal ArticleDOI

Non-coding recurrent mutations in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia

TL;DR: An integrated portrait of the CLL genomic landscape is provided, new recurrent driver mutations of the disease are identified, and clinical interventions that may improve the management of this neoplasia are suggested.
Journal ArticleDOI

Acquired Haemophilia: Review and Meta‐Analysis Focused on Therapy and Prognostic Factors

TL;DR: A succinct review of the clinical features, laboratory diagnosis, prognostic factors and therapeutic management of patients with acquired haemophilia is provided.
Journal ArticleDOI

Clinical impact of clonal and subclonal TP53, SF3B1, BIRC3, NOTCH1 and ATM mutations in chronic lymphocytic leukemia

TL;DR: Clonal evolution in longitudinal samples mainly occurred in cases with mutations in the initial samples and was observed not only after chemotherapy but also in untreated patients, suggesting that the characterization of the subclonal architecture and its dynamics in the evolution of the disease may be relevant for the management of CLL patients.
