Thermal behaviour of aryl γ-haloprcpargyl ethers
TL;DR: In this article, a systematic study of the behavior of aryl γ-halopropargyl ethers under thermal condition was undertaken, and the results showed that the transformation of these compounds yielded a mixture of products including 4-bromochromenes and chroman-4-ones.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mercury(II) trifluoroacetate-mediated cyclisation of aryl allenic ethers
TL;DR: Mercury(II) trifluoroacetate brings about a facile cyclisation of aryl allenic(aryl 2,3-butadien-1yl) ethers to 4-methyl-2H-1-benzopyrans.
Journal ArticleDOI
Yeast supported gold nanoparticles: an efficient catalyst for the synthesis of commercially important aryl amines
TL;DR: The CpGNP catalyst showed high recyclability (≥10 cycles) and is a robust free flowing powder, stored and used after eight months without any loss in catalytic activity.
Journal ArticleDOI
A photochemical entry to spirobenzofurans
TL;DR: Synthesis of spirobenzofurans based on photochemical ''δ'' hydrogen abstraction was reported in this article, where the synthesis was carried out in a laboratory environment.
Journal ArticleDOI
A reinvestigation of the claisen rearrangement of methyl γ-aryloxycrotonates a convenient synthesis of 3-ethylidenebenzofuran-2(3H)-ones
TL;DR: In this paper, the synthesis and Claisen rearrangement of methyl γ-aryloxycrotonates have been investigated and a number of them have been successfully rearranged to a mixture of Z and E 3-ethylidenebenzofuran-2(3H)ones in refluxing ethylene glycol.
