Perceived Employability and Entrepreneurial Intentions Across University Students and Job Seekers in Togo: The Effect of Career Adaptability and Self-Efficacy
TL;DR: Career adaptability seems to be especially important for employability among job seekers (activation of resources), whereas entrepreneurial intentions may be more context-dependent, while perceived employability failed to mediate the relationship between personal resources and entrepreneurial intentions in both samples.
