A Therapeutic Non-self-reactive SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Protects from Lung Pathology in a COVID-19 Hamster Model.

TL;DR: Results show that non-self-reactive virus-neutralizing mAbs elicited during SARS-CoV-2 infection are a promising therapeutic strategy and should be guided by immunization strategies.

Pausing methotrexate improves immunogenicity of COVID-19 vaccination in elderly patients with rheumatic diseases

TL;DR: MTX reduces the immunogenicity of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in an age-dependent manner and suggests that holding MTX for at least 10 days after vaccination significantly improves the antibody response in patients over 60 years of age.
