Size Dependent Enhancement of Spin and Orbital Magnetism in CoRh Nanoparticles

TL;DR: The magnetism of CoRh nanoparticles has been investigated experimentally and theoretically as mentioned in this paper, and the results suggest that the most likely chemical arrangement is a Rh core with a Co-rich outer shell and some degree of intermixing at the CoRh interface.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fagaropsine, a Degraded Limonoid Glucoside from Fagaropsis Glabra.

TL;DR: In this paper, the absolute structure of Fagaropsis glabra was elucidated as 1-O-β- d -glucopyranosyl-4α-(3′-furanyl)-7β-hydroxy-4aα,8α-dimethyl-4,4a,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-3-benzopyran-2-one.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fabrication of nanodevices for magneto-transport measurements through nanoparticles

TL;DR: In this paper, two different ways for patterning these nanodevices, based on high resolution electron beam lithography (HREBL), are presented, and the geometrical quality and resolution of the nanoelectrodes obtained in each case are analysed and compared by scanning electron microscopy.
Journal Article

Structural and magnetic properties of MnAs nanoclusters formed by Mn ion implantation in GaAs

TL;DR: In this article, the synthesis and characterization of nanosized MnAs ferromagnets buried in GaAs is presented. And the precipitate mean diameters of nanocrystals populations range from 9 to 13 nm depending on the annealing conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Size and Composition Effects in the Structure and Properties of Polymer-Protected Bimetallic Particles

TL;DR: In this article, the structural evolution of PtRu and CoRh ultra fine bimetallic particles as a function of their composition in the whole range of stoichiometry is investigated, where isolated particles embedded in an organic matrix are synthesized using chemical techniques in mild conditions.
