Horowitz,Thomas C. Shea,Steven M. Devine,Kenneth C. Anderson,Charles A. Linker +39 more
TL;DR: Lenalidomide maintenance therapy, initiated at day 100 after hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation, was associated with more toxicity and second cancers but a significantly longer time to disease progression and significantly improved overall survival among patients with myeloma.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: This updated 3rd interim analysis for TTP includes further events up until 12/17/09 after which study pts were un-blinded and there is no difference between these two arms.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reduced-Intensity Allogeneic Transplantation Provides High Event-Free and Overall Survival in Patients with Advanced Indolent B Cell Malignancies: CALGB 109901
Thomas B. Shea,Jeffrey L. Johnson,Peter Westervelt,Sherif S. Farag,John M. McCarty,Asad Bashey,Luis Isola,Lee Anne Baxter-Lowe,Michael Kelly,Kouros Owzar,Charles A. Linker +10 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that allogeneic sibling transplantation with a reduced-intensity conditioning regimen is safe and efficacious for patients with advanced indolent B cell malignancies enrolled on a Cooperative Group study.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reduced-intensity conditioning allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation for patients with hematologic malignancies who relapse following autologous transplantation: a multi-institutional prospective study from the Cancer and Leukemia Group B (CALGB trial 100002).

TL;DR: Efforts to improve early donor CD3 chimerism may improve event-free survival in patients with relapse of malignancy or secondary myelodysplasia after autologous hematopoietic cell transplantation with allogeneic HCT with allo-HCT using a reduced-intensity conditioning regimen.
Journal ArticleDOI
