A Bivalent Inhibitor of Prostate Specific Membrane Antigen Radiolabeled with Copper‐64 with High Tumor Uptake and Retention

TL;DR: The high tumour uptake, low background and prolonged tumour retention, even at 24 hours post injection, suggest the bivalent agent is a promising diagnostic for prostate cancer and could be used for prospective dosimetry for therapy with a copper-67 variant.
Journal ArticleDOI

Toward Hypoxia-Selective Rhenium and Technetium Tricarbonyl Complexes

TL;DR: In this paper, rhenium tricarbonyl complexes with deprotonated p-nitrophenyl pyridylhydrazone ligands were used to track their uptake in HeLa cells using confocal fluorescent microscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Decarboxylative-coupling of allyl acetate catalyzed by group 10 organometallics, [(phen)M(CH3)]+.

TL;DR: Gas-phase carbon-carbon bond forming reactions, catalyzed by group 10 metal acetate cations, were examined using an ion trap mass spectrometer and density functional theory (DFT) calculations and suggest that carbon- carbon bond formation occurs via alkene insertion as the initial step for all three metals, without involving higher oxidation states for the metal centers.
Journal ArticleDOI

Rhenium(I) complexes of N-heterocyclic carbene ligands that bind to amyloid plaques of Alzheimer's disease

TL;DR: A series of [Re(i)L(CO)3]+ complexes (where L is a bifunctional bis(NHC)-amine ligand) that are analogues of potential Tc-99m diagnostic imaging agents for Alzheimer's disease have been synthesised.
