TBX2 is a neuroblastoma core regulatory circuitry component enhancing MYCN/FOXM1 reactivation of DREAM targets
Bieke Decaesteker,Geertrui Denecker,Christophe Van Neste,Emmy Dolman,Wouter Van Loocke,Moritz Gartlgruber,Carolina de Carvalho Nunes,Fanny De Vloed,Pauline Depuydt,Karen Verboom,Dries Rombaut,Siebe Loontiens,Jolien De Wyn,Waleed M. Kholosy,Bianca Koopmans,Anke H. W. Essing,Carl Herrmann,Carl Herrmann,Daniel Dreidax,Kaat Durinck,Dieter Deforce,Filip Van Nieuwerburgh,Anton G. Henssen,Rogier Versteeg,Valentina Boeva,G Schleiermacher,Johan van Nes,Pieter Mestdagh,Suzanne Vanhauwaert,Johannes H. Schulte,Frank Westermann,Jan J. Molenaar,Katleen De Preter,Franki Speleman +33 more
TL;DR: It is shown that TBX2 is a constituent of the recently established core regulatory circuitry in neuroblastoma with features of a cell identity transcription factor, driving proliferation through activation of p21-DREAM repressed FOXM1 target genes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Genomic Amplifications and Distal 6q Loss: Novel Markers for Poor Survival in High-risk Neuroblastoma Patients.
Pauline Depuydt,Valentina Boeva,Valentina Boeva,Toby Dylan Hocking,Robrecht Cannoodt,Inge M. Ambros,Peter F. Ambros,Shahab Asgharzadeh,Edward F. Attiyeh,Edward F. Attiyeh,Valérie Combaret,Raffaella Defferrari,Matthias Fischer,Matthias Fischer,Barbara Hero,Michael D. Hogarty,Michael D. Hogarty,Meredith S. Irwin,Jan Koster,Susan G. Park,Ulrike Pötschger,Jessica Theissen,Gian Paolo Tonini,Dominique Valteau-Couanet,Luigi Varesio,Rogier Versteeg,Franki Speleman,John M. Maris,Gudrun Schleiermacher,Katleen De Preter +38 more
TL;DR: A small subset of high-risk neuroblastoma patients with extremely low survival probability that might be eligible for inclusion in clinical trials of new therapeutics are identified and nominate alternative treatments that target the amplified genes.

Journal ArticleDOI
Meta-mining of copy number profiles of high-risk neuroblastoma tumors.
Pauline Depuydt,Jan Koster,Valentina Boeva,Valentina Boeva,Toby Dylan Hocking,Frank Speleman,Gudrun Schleiermacher,Gudrun Schleiermacher,Katleen De Preter +8 more
TL;DR: A unique large copy number dataset of high-risk neuroblastoma tumors is compiled, available via R2 and a Shiny web application, and the availability of patient survival data allows to further investigate the prognostic value of copy number aberrations.
Journal ArticleDOI
The immunophenotypic fingerprint of patients with primary antibody deficiencies is partially present in their asymptomatic first-degree relatives.
Delfien Bogaert,Marieke De Bruyne,Veronique Debacker,Pauline Depuydt,Katleen De Preter,Carolien Bonroy,Jan Philippé,Victoria Bordon,Bart N. Lambrecht,Tessa Kerre,Andrea Cerutti,Karim Vermaelen,Filomeen Haerynck,Melissa Dullaers +13 more
TL;DR: The immunophenotypic landscape of primary antibody deficiencies comprises a spectrum, in which some alterations are shared between all primary antibodies deficiencies whereas others are only associated with common variable immunodeficiency.
