Zi-Jiang Chen,Han Zhao,Lin He,Lin He,Lin He,Yuhua Shi,Yingying Qin,Yongyong Shi,Zhiqiang Li,Li You,Junli Zhao,Jiayin Liu,Xiaoyan Liang,Xiaoming Zhao,Junzhao Zhao,Yingpu Sun,Bo Zhang,Hong Jiang,Dongni Zhao,Yuehong Bian,Xuan Gao,Ling Geng,Yiran Li,Dongyi Zhu,Xiuqin Sun,Jin-e Xu,Cuifang Hao,Chun-e Ren,Yajie Zhang,Shi-Ling Chen,Wei Zhang,Aijun Yang,Junhao Yan,Yuan Li,Jinlong Ma,Yueran Zhao +35 more
TL;DR: Strong evidence of associations between PCOS and three loci is identified and follow-up studies of the candidate genes in these regions are recommended, providing new insight into the pathogenesis of PCOS.
Journal ArticleDOI
Combined analysis of endometrial thickness and pattern in predicting outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer: a retrospective cohort study
TL;DR: Combined analysis of endometrial thickness and pattern on the day of hCG administration was a better predictor of the outcome of IVF/ICSI-ET and may be more helpful for patient counseling than the separate analyses.
Journal ArticleDOI
Long Noncoding RNAs: Potential Regulators Involved in the Pathogenesis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
TL;DR: The study reports the lncRNA profiles in GCs from patients who have PCOS and those from healthy women and suggests that dysregulated lncRNAs may play vital roles in GC proliferation and steroidogenesis, providing insights into the pathogenesis of PCOS.
Journal ArticleDOI
Birth defects after assisted reproductive technologies in China: analysis of 15,405 offspring in seven centers (2004 to 2008)
Junhao Yan,Guoning Huang,Yingpu Sun,Xiaoming Zhao,Shi-Ling Chen,Shuhua Zou,Cuifang Hao,Song Quan,Zi-Jiang Chen +8 more
TL;DR: This first large-scale report of birth defects in 15,405 offspring conceived by assisted reproductive technologies in China found infants born after IVF alone to have a birth defect frequency comparable to that in the general Chinese population.
Journal ArticleDOI
Aberrant DNA methylation of imprinted H19 gene in human preimplantation embryos
TL;DR: DNA methylation patterns of the H19 differentially methylated region were successfully determined in 32 of 50 human day 3 embryos produced and discarded after assisted reproductive technology procedures.
