TL;DR: A discussion of the FDA guidance on regulatory classification of pharmaceutical cocrystals of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) was held in Manesar near Delhi, India, from February 2-4, 2012 as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Significant progress in predicting the crystal structures of small organic molecules--a report on the fourth blind test.
Graeme M. Day,Timothy G. Cooper,Aurora J. Cruz-Cabeza,Katarzyna E. Hejczyk,Herman L. Ammon,Stephan X. M. Boerrigter,Jeffrey S. Tan,Raffaele Guido Della Valle,Elisabetta Venuti,Jovan Jose,Shridhar R. TL;DR: The results reflect important improvements in modelling methods and suggest that, at least for the small and fairly rigid types of molecules included in this blind test, such calculations can be constructively applied to help understand crystallization and polymorphism of organic molecules.

TL;DR: The results of the fifth blind test of crystal structure prediction, which show important success with more challenging large and flexible molecules, are presented and discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Co-Crystals of the Anti-HIV Drugs Lamivudine and Zidovudine
TL;DR: In this paper, a study of five crystal structures was carried out to investigate the general applicability of the retrosynthetic approach in the design of new co-crystals.
Journal ArticleDOI
Polymorphs, Pseudopolymorphs, and Co-Crystals of Orcinol: Exploring the Structural Landscape with High Throughput Crystallography
TL;DR: An extensive search of the structural landscape of orcinol, 5-methyl-1,3-dihydroxybenzene, has been carried out with high throughput techniques as discussed by the authors.
