Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and Antiinflammatory Activity of New Acylated Betulin Derivatives

TL;DR: In this article, a series of new esters of betulin, allobetulin, and betulinic acid were established by NMR spectroscopy in comparison with the data published for analogous compounds.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and antiviral activity of ureides and carbamates of betulinic acid and its derivatives

TL;DR: Ureides of betulonic acid containing L-Val and L-Met residues were found to be effective against herpes simplex type 1 virus.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and study of mutagenic properties of lupane triterpenoids containing 1,2,3-triazole fragments in the C-30 position

TL;DR: In this paper, new derivatives of betulin, betulinic acid methyl ester, and their acetate analogs containing 1,2,3-triazole fragments in the C-30 position were synthesized.
Journal ArticleDOI

First preparative synthesis of alumocyclopentanes involving zirconium complexes

TL;DR: Dzhemilev and Tolstikov as mentioned in this paper showed that the reaction of Et3AI with ~-olefins, such as lhexene, l-octene, and l-undecene, in the presence of Cp2ZrCl 2 mole ratio equal to (100-120):100:2 at about 20~ over 6-8 h gives the corresponding alumocyclo- pentanes (Ia)-(!c) in 80-95% yields with high selectivity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Conjugates of several lupane, oleanane, and ursane triterpenoids with the antituberculosis drug isoniazid and pyridinecarboxaldehydes

TL;DR: Conjugates of betulinic, oleanolic, ursolic, and glycyrrhetic acids and several of their derivatives with the antituberculosis drug isoniazid and 3- and 4-pyridinecarboxaldehydes were synthesized as mentioned in this paper.
