Universal approach to the synthesis of juvenoid hydroprene and methoprene from 4-methyltetrahydropyran
G. Yu. Ishmuratov,Marina P. Yakovleva,A. V. Galyautdinova,L. V. Faifer,R. Ya. Kharisov,V. V. Zorin,Tolstikov Genrikh A +6 more
TL;DR: A universal approach to the synthesis of juvenoid hydroprene and methoprene was developed on the basis of monoalkylation of acetoacetate by 1-acetoxy-5-bromo-3-methylpentane, the product of acidic decyclization of 4-methyltetrahydropyran.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of glycopeptide derivatives of glycyrrhizinic acid and their immunomodulatory properties
Baltina Lidiya A,G. M. Sakhautdinova,F. Z. Zarudii,D. N. Lazareva,Tolstikov Genrikh A,V. A. Davydova +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the synthesis of the glycopeptides IIa-g were carried out by condensing glycoside i without prior protection with the hydrochlorides of the methyl and tert-butyl esters of optically pure aminoacids and dipeptides using the method of activated (N-hydroxysuccinimide) esters in the presence of N,N'-dicyclohexyicarbodiimide (DCC) and triethylamine (TEA) in tetrahydrofuran (THF)
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthetic Transformations of Higher Terpenoids. Part 9. Nitrogen‐Containing Heterocyclic Compounds on the Basis of Lambertianic Acid.
S. V. Chernov,Elvira E. Shults,M. M. Shakirov,I. Yu. Bagryanskaya,Yu. V. Gatilov,Tolstikov Genrikh A +5 more
Journal ArticleDOI
New method for the synthesis of higher unsaturated sulfides and amines involving zirconium and palladium complex catalysts
TL;DR: In the absence of catalysts, sulfides or amines are not formed in the presence of catalyst or AICI products as mentioned in this paper, and are identi cied by comparison with authentic samples.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ozonolysis of ortho-Alkenylanilines.
Akhat G. Mustafin,D. I. D'yachenko,R. R. Gataullin,G. Yu. Ishmuratov,R. Ya. Kharisov,I. B. Abdrakhmanov,Tolstikov Genrikh A +6 more
TL;DR: Ozonolysis of N-acyl-2-(1-methylbut-2-enyl)- and N-yerl- 2-(cyclopent-2enyl)anilines followed by treatment with NaBH4 afforded the corresponding 2-(2-hydroxyethyl-1methyl) and 2-(1,5-dihydroxypent 2-yl) derivatives as discussed by the authors.
