Electro-optic Coefficient Enhancement of AlxGa1-xN via Multiple Field Modulations

TL;DR: AlGaN is an attractive candidate for nonlinear optical material, which provides a basis for large-scale integrations of ultraviolet electro-optic devices based on nitride semiconductors, and the values of deduced electric-optics coefficients were significantly enhanced by combining the resonance effect with the internal and external fields.
Journal ArticleDOI

Hole-transporting materials for low donor content organic solar cells: charge transport and device performance

TL;DR: In this article, a series of triphenylamine-based materials for use in low donor content devices with the electron accepting [6,6]-phenyl-C71-butyric acid methyl ester (PC70BM) was synthesized.
Journal Article

Brittle-ductile transition of polymers and its percolation model *

TL;DR: In this article, the brittle-ductile transition (BDT) of particle toughened polymers was extensively studied in terms of morphology, strain rate, and temperature, and the results showed that both the critical interparticle distance (IDc) and the brittle ductile transition temperature (T-BD) of polymers were a function of strain rate.
Journal ArticleDOI

The review of soil moisture multi-scale verification methods

TL;DR: In this paper, the verification method of soil moisture from three scale, such as point-scale, regional scale and remote sensing data verification, is proposed to serve retrieval algorithm validation.
