Impact of Plan-Level Access Restrictions on Effectiveness of Biologics Among Patients with Rheumatoid or Psoriatic Arthritis

TL;DR: Compared with patients in plans without access restrictions or with PA only, RA and PsA patients in insurance plans with step therapy had lower odds of treatment effectiveness, mainly due to lower Odds of adhering to treatment, during the 12 months following subcutaneous bDMARD initiation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fluorescence enhancement by a two-dimensional dielectric annular Bragg resonant cavity

TL;DR: It is shown that photons can be efficiently extracted from fluorescent molecules, utilizing the strongly enhanced local field of a two-dimensional dielectric annular Bragg resonant cavity, which has broad potential applications, such as optical trapping and fluorescent microscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Topological kink plasmons on magnetic-domain boundaries.

TL;DR: This report reports the observation of topologically-protected high-frequency kink modes – kink magnetoplasmons (KMPs) – in a GaAs/AlGaAs two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) system using custom-shaped strong permanent magnets on top of a Ga as/Al GaAs heterojunction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Application of Reduced-FOV Diffusion-Weighted Imaging in Evaluation of Normal Pituitary Glands and Pituitary Macroadenomas.

TL;DR: FOV optimized and constrained undistorted single-shot DWI helps acquire high-resolution images of normal pituitary glands and pituitaries macroadenomas with relatively few susceptibility artifacts in a clinically feasible scan time.
Journal ArticleDOI

Review of water reuse practices and development in China

TL;DR: The paper reviews existing urban water reuse schemes in north China including existing policies, institutional, technical and financial practices, and summarises the data of nine water reclamation plants in six case study cities, and presents development trend in water reuse sector.
