Journal ArticleDOI

Nuclear trafficking of the epidermal growth factor receptor family membrane proteins

TL;DR: The putative mechanisms by which EGFR family RTKs are shuttled into the nucleus are discussed, which will significantly contribute to understanding the functions of the nuclearRTKs.
Journal ArticleDOI

Removal of N-Linked Glycosylation Enhances PD-L1 Detection and Predicts Anti-PD-1/PD-L1 Therapeutic Efficacy

TL;DR: A method to resolve this by removing the glycan moieties from cell surface antigens via enzymatic digestion, a process termed sample deglycosylation, significantly improves anti-PD-L1 antibody binding affinity and signal intensity, resulting in more accurate PD-L 1 quantification and prediction of clinical outcome.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nuclear epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) interacts with signal transducer and activator of transcription 5 (STAT5) in activating Aurora-A gene expression

TL;DR: This study proposes that the nuclear EGFR associates with STAT5 to bind and increase Aurora-A gene expression, which ultimately may lead to chromosome instability and tumorigenesis.
