Seco-pregnane steroidal glycosides from the roots of Cynanchum atratum and their anti-TMV activity.
Ying Yan,Ying Yan,Jian-Xin Zhang,Kai-xing Liu,Tao Huang,Chen Yan,Lie-Jun Huang,Sheng Liu,Shu-Zhen Mu,Xiao-Jiang Hao +9 more
TL;DR: Fifteen new seco-pregnane steroidal glycosides cynanosides A-O (1-15) together with twenty-seven known ones were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum atratum and most of them showed potent anti-TMV activity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Bioactive Limonoid Constituents of Munronia henryi.
Ying Yan,Ying Yan,Jian-Xin Zhang,Tao Huang,Xin-Ying Mao,Wei Gu,Hong-Ping He,Ying-Tong Di,Shun-Lin Li,Duo-Zhi Chen,Yu Zhang,Xiao-Jiang Hao +11 more
TL;DR: Fourteen new limonoid, munronins A-N (1-14), and eight known limonoids (15-22) were isolated from the whole plants of Munronia henryi and showed significant anti-tobacco mosaic virus activity and in vitro cytotoxicity against the human cancer cell lines.
Journal ArticleDOI
Limonoids from Munronia henryi and their anti-tobacco mosaic virus activity.
Ying Yan,Chun-Mao Yuan,Ying-Tong Di,Tao Huang,Yi-Min Fan,Yuan Ma,Jian-Xin Zhang,Xiao-Jiang Hao +7 more
TL;DR: Five new compounds, including three limonoid, one diterpenoid, and one phytosterol, along with four known limonoids, were isolated from the ethanolic extracts of whole plants of Munronia henryi, and their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Munronin O, a potential activator for plant resistance.
Ying Yan,Lei Tang,Hu Jiaqi,Jianta Wang,Tiwalade A. Adelakun,Dong-Qiong Yang,Ying-Tong Di,Yu Zhang,Xiao-Jiang Hao +8 more
TL;DR: It is revealed that compound 1 can induce resistance and enhance plant tolerance to TMV infection and can be considered as a potential activator for inducing plant resistance.
Journal ArticleDOI
