First-principles study on mechanical and elastic properties of BxAl1-xP alloys
TL;DR: Based on density functional theory calculations, systematic calculations of the structural properties, elastic anisotropy and mechanical properties of boron alloying aluminum phosphide (BxAl1-xP) ternary mixed crystal have been presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of nitrogen capture ability of quantum dots on resistive switching characteristics of AlN-based RRAM
Yiwei Duan,Haixia Gao,Jingshu Guo,Mei Yang,Zhenxi Yu,Xuping Shen,Shuliang Wu,Yuxin Sun,Xiaohua Ma,Yintang Yang +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of the nitrogen capture ability of quantum dots on resistive switching characteristics of AlN-based resistive random access memory was studied, and it was shown that the resistive switch process is determined by the migration of nitrogen ions and the lead sulfide (PbS) quantum dot layer as a natural nitrogen ion reservoir.
Journal ArticleDOI
Using Termination Effect to Characterize Electric and Magnetic Field Coupling Between TEM Cell and Microstrip Line
Shi Chunlei,Fang Wenxiao,Changchun Chai,Huang Yun,Yunfei En,Yintang Yang,Yuan Liu,Chen Yiqiang,Liao Xueyang +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of termination on both couplings is investigated, and the requirements of termination impedance to suppress the two couplings are revealed, while the linear physical models deriving both lumped coupling parameters only hold below a limited frequency.
Journal ArticleDOI
A fair arbitration for Network-on-Chip routing with odd-even turn model
TL;DR: An alterable priority arbitration for the fair granting of packet transmission from all possible directions permitted by the odd-even turn model is proposed and achieves ignorable increasing of the hardware implementation overhead.
Journal ArticleDOI
Focus of ultrasonic underwater sound with 3D printed phononic crystal
Zhaoxi Li,Shenghui Yang,Danfeng Wang,Han Shan,Dongdong Chen,Chunlong Fei,Meng Xiao,Yintang Yang +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a 3D printed gradient-index phononic crystal (GRIN PC) lens based on the hyperbolic secant index profile was proposed to manipulate the propagation of acoustic waves and achieve wave focusing.
