TL;DR: In this paper, the microwave propagation characteristics of a superconducting slotline waveguide structure supported by a ferroelectric thin film was theoretically studied using the spectral domain method and the dependence of the propagation characteristics on the operating frequency and temperature was investigated.
Abstract: This paper deals with the microwave propagation characteristics of a superconducting slotline waveguide structure supported by a ferroelectric thin film The variation of the propagation constant and attenuation constant with biasing electric field was theoretically studied using the spectral domain method The dependence of the propagation characteristics on the operating frequency and temperature was investigated The influence of geometrical parameters like thickness of the ferroelectric thin film, width of the slot, and thickness of superconducting strip constituting slot was analyzed at different biasing electric fields

01 Jan 2017TL;DR: Number of texture features, such as gabor features, log-gabor features and wavelet features are extracted from the segmented text images to classify the text images into three scripts, English, Kannada and Malayalam.
Abstract: Script identification on camera based bus sign boards are presented in this work. The text localization is achieved by a series of morphological operations. Number of texture features, such as gabor features, log-gabor features and wavelet features are extracted from the segmented text images to classify the text images into three scripts, English, Kannada and Malayalam. Three different classifiers are evaluated and results are reported in this work.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the sparing number of the cartesian product of two graphs and showed that it is a weak integer additive set-indexer, where the power set of the Cartesian product is the sum set of all non-negative integers.
Abstract: Let $\mathbb{N}_0$ be the set of all non-negative integers. An integer additive set-indexer (IASI) is defined as an injective function $f:V(G)\rightarrow \mathcal{P}(\mathbb{N}_0)$ such that the induced function $f^+:E(G) \rightarrow \mathcal{P}(\mathbb{N}_0)$ defined by $f^+ (uv) = f(u)+ f(v)$ is also injective, where $f(u)+f(v)$ is the sumset of $f(u)$ and $f(v)$ and $\mathcal{P}(\mathbb{N}_0)$ is the power set of $\mathbb{N}_0$. If $f^+(uv)=k \forall ~ uv\in E(G)$, then $f$ is said to be a $k$-uniform integer additive set-indexer. An integer additive set-indexer $f$ is said to be a weak integer additive set-indexer if $|f^+(uv)|=max(|f(u)|,|f(v)|) \forall ~ uv\in E(G)$. In this paper, we study about the sparing number of the cartesian product of two graphs.

TL;DR: In this article, the fluorine functionalized graphene-hBN out-of-plane heterostructures (hBNCF) have been shown to possess large room temperature ferromagnetic ordering (magnetization and coercivity) and exhibit T2 relaxation enhancement (0.55 s−1).

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors evaluated the late Quaternary carbonate dissolution by using planktonic foraminifera indices perfect test ratio (PTR) of Goborotalia menardii, G. menardsii fragmentation index (MFI), percentage of total resistant species (RSP) and sediment calcium carbonate (CaCO3) content in five sediment cores collected from two diverse oceanographic settings of the Indian Ocean.
