Abstract: Our society is changing; each day we need to redefine a lot of things and employment relationships is not an exception. Ten years ago, it was inconceivable that an employee could generate his certification himself or download it without a boss as an intermediary. Today things has changed, only in some cases it is necessary to be present, but usually not necessarily, making a commercial agreement or do something labor doesn't need that two, or more, participants are in the same place A quick view shows that in a financial website, a customer can download a bank certificate, print his extracts, coordinate an appointment to claim or check balances accounts. Similarly, the laborer market has virtual options to work such as telework. However, in this option the rules are not clear and has ambiguous zones, therefore, it is necessary to know about it, read and understand how telework works. Telework and teleworking, was legislate by USA in 2010. To be accurate it is the PUBLIC LAW 111–292[1] . After that, others countries started to apply structure rules and acts to allow a legal relationship between employers and employs and in this way harmonized a new way to work.
