TL;DR: In this article, a probative system in criminal matters suffered considerable changes not only in procedural order, which are detectable to the naked eye, but also ideological changes that replaced the basis of principles of the previous legislation.
Abstract: As a result of law 906/2004, the probative system in criminal matters suffered considerable changes not only in procedural order, which are detectable to the naked eye, but mainly ideological changes that replaced the basis of principles of the previous legislation. This article, having the direction of the probative principles of the current criminal procedure system in Colombia, position taken by the Supreme Court of Justice and the doctrine, aims to determine the budgets of existence or validity of the expert evidence. Even though the expert report is a necessary element, or in words of Justice Supreme Court a "germ of test", for the future formation of the expert test in the audience of spoken trial –because it allows the suitable exercise of rights such as confrontation, contradiction and defense− its constitution and content depend exclusively on the declaration of the expert in the audience.

TL;DR: Due to the absence of sufficiently rapid tests, the use of a classification based on the severity of radiological lesions called CO-RADS (Covid-19 Imaging Reporting and Data System) could be of great importance to install available pharmacological treatments early and early mechanical respiratory support.
Abstract: To present a COVID-19 case series with clinical admission criteria to Intensive Care Unit. Patients information was obtained from medical records, and daily clinical evaluation whereas diagnosis was carried out through paraclinical studies in blood, urine, PCR and diagnostic images in 4 patients with different comorbidities and epidemiological link for the development of COVID-19. All four cases were managed with chloroquine 300 mg orally every 12 hours and azithromycin orally every 24 hours for 5 days without complications or associated toxicity. The case 1 developed multiple organ failure, including acute kidney injury with an ICU stay of 4 days before his death, while cases 2, 3 and 4 had a favorable evolution and were discharged fromthe ICU. Rapid multicenter studies are required to scientifically guide a better diagnostic and management approach, in the context of a disease with a clinical-epidemiological behavior that must be studied in depth and will probably take many lives. In addition, due to the absence of sufficiently rapid tests, the use of a classification based on the severity of radiological lesions called CO-RADS (Covid-19 Imaging Reporting and Data System) could be of great importance to install available pharmacological treatments early and early mechanical respiratory support.

TL;DR: Realidad Aumentada as discussed by the authors is an articulo expone como realidad increase, i.e., the ability to integrate contenidos digitales with the real world.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors compared the data related to surface temperature (LST) collected from the satellite were compared with the selected temperature data in surface meteorological stations, located in the Bogota Sabena.
EnglishIn this research, the importance of remote sensors in the delimitation of the urban heat islands is denoted. These being the cause of harmful effects on human health, favouring the dispersion of pollutants and extreme temperatures, among others. Landsat 8 satellite images from the United States Geological Service (USGS) were used, with a total scene size 170 x 183 km, and meteorological data from official stations. The data related to surface temperature (LST) collected from the satellite were compared with the selected temperature data in surface meteorological stations, located in the Bogota Sabena. The study area was cropped from the satellite image to process spectrum bands 10, 4 and 5, using a surface temperature algorithm to collect the satellite mapping. These data were statistically and spatially analysed considering the distance and elevation between the stations and interpolating with the cokriging method and ArcGIS 10.3® software. The geometry of the islands was spatially detected in areas of high urbanization, obtaining the pixel temperature and comparing it with the data from the surface station, finding differences between the temperature in urban areas commonly with more vegetation and the two methods used for this study.
