“Uniones homosexuales” y derechos humanos

Abstract: This work is intended to answer, in law terms from the point of view of human rights, the three questions claimed by the homosexual pressure groups: The possibility - or not - of homosexual “marriages”; the unions of two people of the same sex, and whether they may or not adopt children. The methodology used has been the harmonic exegesis of texts taken from the international human rights treaties in force in all the Latin American countries. The conclusion is negative to the three questions, since any and all of these attributions contradict the legal rules in force.

Preparation and characterization of Cu2ZnSnSe4 thin films grown from ZnSe and Cu2SnS3 precursors in a two stage process

Abstract: Compound of the kesterite familie has been considered as an alternative absorber layer in the manufacture of thin film solar cells due to its earth abundant and environmental friendly constituents and high absorption coefficient. In this work we propose a new route to grow single phase Cu2ZnSnSe4 (CZTSe) thin films with tetragonal-kesterite type structure; this consist in sequential evaporation of thin films of CuSe, SnSe and ZnSe in a two stage process. Measurements of X-ray diffraction (XRD) revealed the formation of the Cu2ZnSnSe4 compound, grown with tetragonal Kesterite type structure. Optical characterization performed through spectral transmittance measurements established that this compound has high absorption (absorption coefficient > 104 cm-1) and a forbidden energy gap of 1.46 eV; these results indicate that the CZTSe thin films we have prepared has properties suitable for later use as absorber layer in solar cells. Results regarding electrical transport properties determined from temperature dependent conductivity measurements are also reported.

Abstract: The ecosystems of high plateaus are not very common in the world, only six countries like it are (Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Peru, Venezuela, Bolivia) possess the privilege of having this type of ecosystems; In Colombia one possesses about 50 % of the high plateaus of the world, which in the last years have met affected by the mining industry that constitutes the economic primary excellent activity, which develops in the country and most of this one develops in high plateaus or in limits with them. In Colombia it becomes necessary to improve the process of the delimiting of this type of ecosystems since these benefit more than 3 million persons in 8 departments which meet affected whenever it is allowed that the mining industry should touch these strategic ecosystems. For the development of this monograph there was realized the review of 25 articles of different authors where variables were evaluated as Height, Temperature, pH of soil, Average Production of Water, Importance of the vegetable Coverage, with these variables the statistics was realized to conclude which of these variables they are those who more influence the moment to delimit a high plateau in Colombia and was analyzed because it is so difficult to establish a few fixed criteria for all the high plateaus of Colombia
