TL;DR: In this article, the densification process of waste palm oil and coconut in the preparation of pellets, which were evaluated as alternative fuels, was investigated, and two particle sizes and proportions of mixture between the particle size and the type of biomass (fiber or stone).
De igual forma se encuentra una solucion al exceso de residuos y a la contaminacion atmosferica producida por los gases de efecto invernadero EnglishIn this project was investigated the densification process waste palm oil and coconut in the preparation of pellets, which were evaluated as alternative fuels. For this study, were used two particle sizes and proportions of mixture between the particle size and the type of biomass (fiber or stone). The research reported that the two biomass are suitable as energy sources, however, coconut pellets showed no good compaction, that is to say, that problems will arise at the moment of your storage and transportation. In addition, its calorific value is lower compared to that obtained with the pellet of biomass oil palm (about 17,186.81 kJ/kg). Of equal form one finds solution to excess waste and air pollution caused by greenhouse gases.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors argue the existence of "politics of memory" within chronicles, essays, papers, books, dissertations, and other sources written about the Pastos people.
Abstract: While exploring the literature available about the Pastos people, this paper describes the alleged tensions between academic narratives and oral history. This paper argues the existence of "politics of memory" within chronicles, essays, papers, books, dissertations, and other sources written about the subject. However, from the author´s point of view, this literature dives into a permanent dialogue with other non-official narratives, being answered, subverted and resignified by the same people it represents. Throughout the article, several narratives collected during ethnographic fieldwork carried out by the autor together with members of the Pastos community, show that oral history is one of the crucially important non -official narratives for the history and memory of their people.

TL;DR: The perfil bacteriano del biofilm supragingival of ninos con denticion temporal (NDT) and denticion mixta temprana (NDMT), with the tecnica de secuenciación de proxima generación HOMINGS, was analyzed in this paper.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyze a current issue and a concern to theorists of criminal law and the theory of the state, which is the social protest as a constitutional right and its processes of criminalization and prosecution by the Colombian State.
Abstract: This article aims to analyze a current issue and a concern to theorists of criminal law and the theory of the State, which is the social protest as a constitutional right and its processes of criminalization and prosecution by the Colombian State. The theme proposed to be studied here, has a close relationship with consolidation or debacle of social welfare law of Colombian Nation. This is due to the fact that the way the social protest is handled by the Government, suggests it’s democratic or authoritarian character, bearing in mind that criminal law turns outto be an appendage of the constitutional right of the rule of law, and therefore, an appendix to the theory of the State. Due to the above, the analysis made of the proposed theme, is looking from a critical perspective to determine the current situation in the exercise of the constitutional right to social protest, the challenges of ordinary legislation as regulations for emergency for full satisfaction of this right and the way how those challenges in authoritarian contexts, where takes precedence values such as safety above principles and higher values such as freedom, political pluralism and dissent; have denied in practice the exercise of this right, returning at times of the 1886 Constitution where it was expressly forbidden to exercise the citizen protest. Under the same line of analysis, it will seek to warn that the processes of criminalization and prosecution of social protest in Colombia have become a conception of popular struggle as a crime, which could be contained through criminal law, thus, criminal law becomes an instrument of power to control and maintain the established order, thus fulfilling a political and ideological function that circumvents the main liberal and democratic principles, that should inform their practice, thus becoming an authoritarian paradigm of state openly against the rule of law which formally proclaims the 1991 Constitution. According to the above, this research work seeks to demonstrate the following working hypothesis: “as opposed to the model of social and democratic state of law, formally declared in the Constitution of 1991, in reality there operates an authoritarian and democratic version of State of Rule, very efficient in terms of social control. In this context, the orientation of the criminal system and “public safety” departs from the system of guarantees inherent in the rule of law; to become a kind of authoritarian criminal law considering certain people as enemies of society, applying criminal law emergency which is incompatible with the principles of the rule of law”.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors identify strategies for the management of human talent that are currently being developed by the yuqueras associations of the department of Sucre, Colombia, based on the indicators of the Ethos Institute in Brazil.
Abstract: The objective of this article is to identify strategies for the management of human talent that are currently being developed by the yuqueras associations of the department of Sucre, Colombia. The analysis is carried out in light of the theory of corporate social responsibility, based on the indicators of the Ethos Institute in Brazil. The research has a qualitative approach, in which in-depth interviews were conducted with the leaders of ten associations of cassava growers; Likewise, the observation was an important part of the study, which complemented the analysis of the information. The results indicate that the associations, in spite of being constituted legally, do not advance actions in favor of the management of human talent, and this is basically due to ignorance on the subject. However, there is an intention to change, because associations recognize the importance of human talent within companies. This has led them to join and manage training and resources jointly, to promote union growth.
