TL;DR: The high sensitivity and wide detection range of this method allowed TNF-α to in human serum be detected even at very low concentrations.
Abstract: An aptamer based method is presented for the voltammetric determination of human tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) Layers of gold hexacyanoferrate (AuHCF) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were directly immobilized on a graphite screen-printed electrode (SPE) Through the strong interaction between cyanide ions (CN−) of AuHCF and AuNPs, gold nanoparticles are assembled on the modified SPE, and this allows for the covalent immobilization of thiolated aptamers against TNF-α (TNF-α-Apt) On incubation of the aptasensor with of TNF-α, the Apt/TNF-α complex is formed, and this leads to a hindered electron transfer and to a decrease in the peak current of the redox probe Under optimum conditions and at a typical working as low as 01 V (vs a silver pseudo electrode), the electrode works in the 10 pgmL−1 to 40 μgmL−1 TNF-α concentration range, with a 55 pgmL−1 detection limit The high sensitivity and wide detection range of this method allowed TNF-α to in human serum be detected even at very low concentrations

TL;DR: In this article, two copper(II) complexes, [Cu(dimethoxybpy)2](PF6)2 (1) and [Cu[dimethylbpy]2Cl]PF6 (2), have been synthesized and characterized by several physicochemical techniques, which indicate that the complexes interact with DNA through partial intercalation.

TL;DR: In this article, a real-time solution to the unit commitment problem by considering dierent constraints like ramp-up rate, unit operation emissions, next hours load, and minimum down time was proposed.
Abstract: This paper proposes a real-time solution to the unit commitment problem by considering dierent constraints like ramp-up rate, unit operation emissions, next hours load, and minimum down time. In this method, an optimized trade-o between cost and emission has been taken into consideration. The eectiveness of the proposed method was veried by the signicant outcomes demonstrated.

TL;DR: An exact closed-form expression for the outage probability of the secondary transmission is derived for cognitive DF relay networks under the constraint of satisfying a required OP of the primary transmission.
Abstract: In this paper, we analyze the performance of cognitive multi-hop networks employing the two most common cooperation protocols, decode-and-forward (DF) and amplify-and-forward (AF). In order to provide the primary quality of service, strict limits on the transmit powers of the secondary nodes are imposed. Considering transmissions over independent but not necessarily identically distributed (i.n.i.d.) Rayleigh fading channels, an exact closed-form expression for the outage probability (OP) of the secondary transmission is derived for cognitive DF relay networks under the constraint of satisfying a required OP of the primary transmission. In addition, for the cognitive AF relay networks, a lower bound for the OP and an upper bound for the symbol error probability of the secondary transmission under considering constraint on the received-interference at the primary destination is obtained. For additional insights, the diversity order for both cases is also provided .
