TL;DR: This paper presents an optimisation procedure for prioritising highway accident sites that recognises that different accident types on a road section should be credited with different weights, but permits such weights to vary from section to section.
Abstract: This paper presents an optimisation procedure for prioritising highway accident sites. The methodology (data envelopment analysis) takes into account the multidimensional nature of the problem. Specifically, it recognises that different accident types on a road section should be credited with different weights, but permits such weights to vary (within reasonable limits) from section to section. The methodology also permits the inclusion of multiple inputs on the resource side, including not only the cost of repair, but factors such as driver inconvenience.

TL;DR: In this paper, the average bit error rate (BER) of multi-Gaussian beams in non-Kolmogorov weak turbulence is examined, and it is shown that thinner collimated annular, larger focal length annular and flatter small sized collimated flat-topped structures have a slight advantage in obtaining smaller average BER.

TL;DR: In this article, a trajectory sensitivity approach is taken to the design of a Kalman filter for a system with uncertain parameters, where the performance index depends on the variances of the parameter deviations.
Abstract: A trajectory sensitivity approach is taken to the design of a Kalman filter for a system with uncertain parameters. A two-point boundary value problem (TPBVP) is formulated, where the performance index depends on the variances of the parameter deviations. A suboptimal algorithm is also developed. An example shows that estimation errors may be reduced considerably from those generated by a Kalman filter design for the nominal parameter values.

TL;DR: By analysing the application status of AR technology in inhouse logistics, the application advantages and functions ofAR technology in the process of receiving, storage, sorting, transportation, inventory and planning are analyzed and theoretical guidance for the practical application is provided.
Abstract: As a new information technology, mobile augmented reality (AR) technology has attracted more and more attention in recent years. Mobile AR uses mobile terminal, with the help of entity object recognition, obtains virtual information through calculation or in database, and superimposes virtual information on live video to realize the "enhancement" of virtual information to reality. In order to explore the application of AR technology in inhouse logistics, this paper analyses the principle and technical characteristics of AR technology. By analysing the application status of AR technology in inhouse logistics, the application advantages of AR technology in inhouse logistics are obtained. This paper summarizes 36 cases of AR technology application in inhouse logistics, summarizes and analyses the application prospect of AR technology in inhouse logistics. The functions of AR technology in the process of receiving, storage, sorting, transportation, inventory and planning are put forward. It provides theoretical guidance for the practical application of AR technology in inhouse logistics.
