TL;DR: In this paper, the authors didukung dengan teknik spread spectrum (DSSS) atau Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) pita frekuensi 2,4 GHz unlicensed Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) and teknologi Radio Frequency (RF) dengan data rate 1-2 Mbps.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors compared two methods, namely, Cowell method and Encke method, to determine the length of time that occurs when the satellite is moved and the results of the comparison of the two methods will be used for orbital purposes, combined with positional and mathematical factors to calculate the duration of orbital shift.
Abstract: Satellites are objects that revolve around other objects in certain period of revolution and rotation. There are two types of satellites, natural and artificial satellites. There are several types of artificial satellites based on their use such as weather satellites, military satellites, science education satellites, and communications satellites. Artificial satellites can follow a position according to the movement of the earth, which is called the geostationary orbital position. When a satellite is in a geostationary orbit position, its speed will be relatively low, allowing the position satellite to be moved. The surveillance area has been regulated in ITU-R Rec. S. 484. about the control area tolerance limit of less ±0,5° for operational fixed satellite. In this case, the mobile satellite requires a lot of power and shortens the life of the satellite. Predicting the orbital displacement time interval involves two orbital methods, namely Cowell method and Encke method. Both of these methods can be used to determine the length of time that occurs when the satellite is moved. This study aims to compare which method can determine time intervals more accurately. The advantage of this research is that there are two methods that can be used to determine the time interval of the satellite orbitals. Quantitative comparative research method for field survey through comparison of applied research in main control satellites. The results of the comparison of the two methods will be used for orbital purposes, combined with positional and mathematical factors to determine the duration of orbital shift.

TL;DR: In this article, a real-time monitoring of the liquid during electrolysis is proposed to automate the electrolysis process using sensors and actuators, and the simulation result shows that the FL system can simultaneously conduct both processes without being disturbed by the other input.
Abstract: New health protocols have been carried out to prevent, if not, to reduce the coronaviruses' spread, such as wearing masks, keeping body hygiene, and social distancing. One way to keep body hygiene is by spraying disinfectant liquid all over the body before entering a room or office. A safe disinfectant liquid should kill the viruses on the body surface without irritating the skin, and one way to synthesis the safe disinfectant liquid is electrolysis. Real-time monitoring of the liquid during electrolysis is important to get the safe disinfectant liquid. Monitoring Disinfectant (MODIS) based on the Internet of Things (IoT) is proposed to automate the electrolysis process using sensors and actuators. MODIS should conduct two processes simultaneously, which are determining the timing of the electrolysis and assessing the liquid quality. Fuzzy Logic (FL) system was developed to fulfill the needs. The inputs were pH and Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP), while the outputs were electrolysis timing and liquid quality. A combination of trapezoid and triangle membership functions were used to describe the inputs and outputs. The rules were developed based on chemists' criteria, such as the electrolysis stopped at pH 5 and the safe quality is -100 to -80 mV ORP. The simulation result shows that the FL system can simultaneously conduct both processes without being disturbed by the other input. For instance, the electrolysis timing was affected by pH data only, and liquid quality was only affected by ORP. In the future, the MODIS prototype should facilitate the FL system's needs to enable real-time monitoring based on IoT, such as by having pH and ORP sensors that can withstand the electrolysis process.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors simulate the melittin in horizontal orientation towards the surface of membrane and in vertical orientation inside transmembrane state and calculate the free energies to asses the most favorable orientation, indicating its stable structure.
Abstract: Melittin is a widely studied antimicrobial peptide which has gained interest because of its potential in therapeutic use. To perform its antimicrobial function, the melittin prefer to be in a certain state of membrane. In this study, we simulate the melittin in horizontal orientation towards the surface of membrane and in vertical orientation inside transmembrane state. The free energies are then calculated to asses the most favorable orientation, indicating its stable structure, of this peptide interacting with the lipid bilayer. Umbrella sampling with and without pulling simulations is carried out to obtain the sampling windows which used in observing the free energy changes along the reaction coordinate. From our simulations, we found that melittin in vertical orientation in transmembrane state has smaller free energy value than the horizontal one indicating that melittin is more favorable in this configuration. Our results show that melittin undergoes reorientation process from horizontal to vertical to perform its antimicrobial function.
