Abstract: The demand for higher data rates and lower latency is driving the rapid development of cellular and communication system. GFDM is the successor to the communication system for the waveforms of future cellular networks. GFDM is a block-based multi-carrier technique where each subcarrier is formed with a non-rectangular pulse-shaped filter increase the location of the pulse frequency called pulse shaping. Offset-QAM Modulation (OQAM) can achieve better spectral efficiency. In this research, the equalization used is in the form of Zero forcing (ZF) equalization to detect the original signal sent by the sender. The result of this research indicated that the GFDM OQAM system using Zero Forcing equalization has a better BER value than the GFDM OQAM system. The GFDM OQAM without ZF obtained BER value of 0.1675 at 0 dB SNR and 0.05854 at 15 SNR. While the BER value on GFDM OQAM with ZF decreased BER from 0.1989 at 0 dB SNR to 0.0272 at 15 dB SNR, then the greater the Roll-off factor value used, the higher the BER value.

Abstract: The development of tourist destinations in this digital era focuses on using technology to develop successful tourism recovery during the pandemic era. We use this principle to develop a tourism strategy using 3D animated videos to introduce Juron Village as a tourist village. Specifically, this study analyzes the visual strategy of a 3D animation video entitled "Monumen Kreweng" using Marty Neumeier's visual branding analysis. The findings provide insight into the animated video's visual branding strategies, including differentiation, collaboration, innovation, validation, and cultivation. The differentiation is found in the work of the Kreweng monument as the focal point of attention and local wisdom, followed by validation through the use of social media platforms to solicit consumer feedback on visual branding. Finally, the cultivation concept encourages various stakeholders to participate in realizing Juron Village's tourism branding.

Abstract: Hipertensi adalah kondisi ketika tekanan darah pada pembuluh darah bersih meningkat secara kronik. Jika tidak segera ditangani dapat menyebabkan peningkatan resiko kejadian penyakit lainnya, misalnya kardiovaskuler, serebrovaskuler dan renovaskuler. Diagnosis penyakit hipertensi perlu ditegakkan sedini mungkin guna menurunkan peningkatan resiko kejadian penyakit lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan sistem yang mengimplementasikan metode Case-Based Reasoning yang dapat membantu paramedis untuk mendiagnosis penyakit hipertensi. Implementasi sistem dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta penyimpanan data kasus menggunakan MySQL . Kasus-kasus penyakit hipertensi yang sudah berhasil ditangani oleh dokter dijadikan sebagai data acuan untuk mendiagnosis kasus hipertensi yang baru. Kasus baru yang berisi faktor resiko, gejala dan riwayat penyakit selanjutnya dicari kemiripannya dengan kasus-kasus lama dengan cara menghitung nilai similaritas menggunakan Minkowski Distance . Pengujian dilakukan pada 172 data menggunakan 10- fold Cross-Validation . Hasil perhitungan dengan menetapkan threshold sebesar 0,90 didapatkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 94,71%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi Case-Based Reasoning dapat digunakan untuk melakukan diagnosis penyakit hipertensi

Abstract: Indonesia has a high level of potential for natural disasters that can cause damage to infrastructure; on the other hand, communication is critical when a natural disaster occurs, which causes communication to be hampered. The solution to dealing with this problem is building Ad-hoc Network (Manet) technology for communication media. By building alternative VoIP-based communication on Raspberry Pi. The protocol used in VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) based communication using Raspberry Pi is the SOLSR (Secure Optimized Link State Routing) protocol. The VoIP work system is voice passing through the internet network in the VoIP system workflow; two components are connected, the VoIP client and VoIP server, VoIP server as the center. On the VoIP, the server uses Raspberry Pi, and the client also uses Raspberry Pi and is registered via SIP to the server to communicate to other clients and test its performance utilizing QOS testing using SOLSR. The test scenario is done by measuring throughput, delay, jitter, packet loss. The measurement results will produce the performance of a VoIP-based communication system using the SOLSR protocol and determine the feasibility of the SOLSR protocol to be applied to a VoIP-based communication system for disaster management.

Abstract: Each campus has technology that is used to communicate and exchange information using technology in the form of a website. The use of the website itself has penetrated into the world of education, one of which is the laboratory on campus. Laboratory on campus cannot be separated from the existence of a practicum assistant. Every semester the faculty of informatics opens registration for practicum assistants, but there are obstacles that candidates who register still use the manual method in their selection. So they need the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This study uses the Simple Additive Learning method which will increase the highest score level of 1.39 with the weight indicator used in the selection of practicum assistants and get an average score of 4.9 out of 5.0 so that it is very effective for admins (laborers) to manage and lecturers, to see recommendations for prospective practicum assistants, the best are web-based
