Abstract: Covid-19 pandemic impacts to any aspect of human life, including work activity. For any job which require interview, it will be a very difficult task because any individual must be stay at home and make a physical distancing. An online form can be used to solve the problem, but it seems less interactive and can make interviewees are bored. Chatbot technology can be exploited to make an interactive survey activity during this COVID-19 pandemic situation. Our chatbot is developed to help an acceptance analysis of user perspective to bachelor thesis information system service that is implemented in our department. The questionnaire items is available in our chatbot, also its analysis process is performed in this chatbot system. UTAUT model is implemented for the data analysis, it shows that this system is already accepted by user for positive value in H1, H3, and H4. No difficulties for user while using the system, it is proved by negative value in H2 and H5. The acceptance value is 0.656, it means that the sustainability of bachelor thesis information system service has been confirmed by user.

Abstract: The emergency of the healthcare device unit, such as a ventilator, has been experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Therefore, ventilator usage is not hard suggested anymore for COVID-19 patients compared to the outbreak beginning. Despite that, it is still essential to have the ventilator ready, if possible, in each house, for the upcoming respiratory syndrome outbreak. Therefore, in this paper, a digital ventilator development is presented. The digital ventilator is comprised of three main parts, such as respiration mechanism (I), controller Internet of Things (IoT) module (II), and website application (III). The developed digital ventilator has been tested by comparing the measurement of respiratory data between the developed digital ventilator and gas flow analyzer. Results show that the respiratory data, such as Pressure Peak (PPeak), Positive End Respiratory Pressure (PEEP), Inspiratory Expiratory Ratio (IE Ratio), Breath per Minute (BPM), and Tidal Volume can be monitored and controlled both directly and online via website application consistently (standard deviation around 10%) with PPeak absolute error of 1.35 mbar, the PEEP absolute error of 0.16 mbar. Furthermore, the average time response of the digital ventilator to the input command from the website application is 0.23 s. Therefore, it is safe to assume that the doctor can use the website application to control the digital ventilator remotely.

Abstract: To improve the performance of communication channels in the future Generalized Frequency Division Multiplexing (GFDM) becomes a new method used to update the Filter Bank Multicarrier (FBMC) and Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) methods. In this research, equalization used Minimum Mean Square Error (MMSE). The performance of this research was measured by the parameters of comparing the ratio of signal strength to noise (SNR) to bit error rate (BER) and channel capacity. The results of this research resulted in BER value obtained in GFDM QAM without MMSE in SNR 0 dB obtained a BER value of 0.413. Then at the SNR value of 25 dB get a value of 0.1645. Meanwhile, in GFDM system with MMSE in SNR 0 dB get BER value of 0.4799. Then, on SNR 25 dB get a BER value of 0.0184. GFDM QAM system with MMSE produces better value than GFDM QAM system without MMSE. In roll-off factor system testing when SNR 25 dB on roll-off factor 1 has a BER value of 0.5009, for roll-off factor 0.5 has a BER value of 0.02417. While in roll-off factor 0.3 has a value of BER 0.02356. The greater the roll-off factor value is higher BER value.

Abstract: Indonesia termasuk negara kepulauan terluas di dunia. Hal ini bisa terlihat dengan adanya garis pantai di hampir setiap pulau di Indonesia (±81.000 km) yang menjadikan Indonesia menempati urutan kedua setelah Kanada sebagai negara yang memiliki garis pantai terpanjang di dunia [1]. Dari segi Traffic Security di bidang maritim Indonesia memiliki pola keamanan laut yang rentan terhadap penyusup gelap seperti illegal fishing , penyeludupan narkoba/barang ilegal dan lain-lain, yang merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi di perairan perbatasan Indonesia. Maka dari itu kami membuat sebuah inovasi berupa alat yang dapat mendeteksi pelanggar batas wilayah yang masuk ke dalam lintas laut perairan Indonesia yang bernama TSG ( Traffic Sea Guard) . Alat ini memanfaatkan alat pendeteksi gelombang tsunami yang telah ada dilaut namun memiliki fungsi yang berbeda. Alat ini mampu mendeteksi kapal penyusup melalui gelombang laut atau sonar, kemudian mentransmisikan ke satelit, setelah itu satelit mengirim ke kapal induk militer terdekat di daerah alat tersebut. Alat ini berfungsi untuk membantu pertahanan dan keamanan laut Indonesia yang saat ini kian marak terjadi pelanggaran. Dengan ini kami menyimpulkan bahwa Indonesia memerlukan inovasi-inovasi baru untuk menghadapi era globalisasi yang semakin canggih dan kreativitas yang semakin meningkat terutama di bidang maritim. Kami berinovasi TSG sebagai alat yang berperan untuk menjaga keamanan aktivitas laut di perbatasan Indonesia yang akan bergerak di bidang maritim Indonesia untuk kualitas Indonesia yang lebih baik dan mampu berdaya saing.

Abstract: Komunikasi adalah sesuatu yang sangat penting saat ini. Komunikasi berupa voice saat ini tidak hanya berupa melalui jaringan tradisional telepon biasa yaitu melalui POTS atau jaringan circuit switch tetapi sudah dapat melalui jaringan paket yang dikenal dengan VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol). Komunikasi VoIP dengan SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) paling sering berupa client dan server dimana client jika ingin melakukan koneksi VoIP maka harus mendaftar melalui server VoIP dan baru kemudian melakukan hubungan ke user VoIP lain yang terdaftar di server tersebut. Mengingat dari pengertian SIP sendiri adalah komunikasi peer-to-peer yang dimungkinkan untuk tidak menggunakan server. Maka model komunikasi secara peer to peer dilakukan dimana sekumpulan user VoIP SIP yang ingin melakukan komunikasi mengadakan komunikasi satu sama lain tanpa menggunakan server VoIP. Komunikasi VoIP antara user SIP satu dengan user yang lain dapat menggunakan P2PSIP (Peer-to-Peer Session Initiation Protocol). Dalam komunikasi peer-to-peer sangat erat dengan algoritma DHT (Distribution Hash Table) untuk pengaturan penyambungan dan pemisahan maupun routing client dalam sebuah jaringan peer-topeer. Hasil yang diperoleh yang paling baik dilihat dari parameter QoS (Quality of Service) layanan untuk delay, PDD, dan MOS adalah Peer-to-Peer SIP. Sedangkan untuk nilai throughput, jitter, dan packet loss adalah Client-Server SIP. Kata kunci : Peer to Peer, P2SIP, SIP, Distribution Hash Table
