Abstract: The use of sharing channel simultaneously has become the trend in telecommunication technology particularly in network with distributed users as the allocation of frequency spectrum becomes more crowded. The proposed power control method in cognitive femtocell network is based on game theory (commonly known as power control game, PCG). This method uses utility function formula as the goal of game theory for power strategy in power update process. Utility function formula of Proposed PCG includes channel sharing factor that aimed to accommodate the system requirement of channel sharing. The result showed that the implementation of channel factor is inversely proportional to the signal to noise and interference ratio (SINR) and transmit power, but proportional to utility function. In comparison of user transmit power and SINR with two other methods, can also be conclude that Proposed PCG was able to achieve SINR of 5.49 dB and above the SINR target 5 dB, while the Thalabani (TB) and Koskie-Gajic (KG) were only able to achieve respective SINR of 4.87 dB and 4.98 dB. It can be concluded that the Proposed PCG was better in achieving the SINR target. It means that the quality of service in this system can be fulfilled properly.

Abstract: This research uses repetition codes based on Coded Random Access (CRA) to support Internet of Things (IoT) to give priority to emergency commutations in super-dense networks. Degree distribution for emergency group and general group are obtained with extrinsic information transfer (EXIT) analysis to achieve small error performance shown by the very small gap between emergency group curve and general group curve. This research also evaluates performance by observing throughput and packet-loss rate (PLR) parameters from every groups. Offered traffic in PLR for emergency group user is G= 0,7 packet/slot without fading and G= 0,65 packet/slot with fading, while for public group is G=0,699 packet/slot without fading and G=0,42 packet/slot with fading. Peak throughput for emergency group is G= 0,737 packet/slot without fading and G= 0,729 packet/slot with fading. Peak Throughput for public group is G= 0,699 packet/slot without fading and G=0,685 packet/slot with fading. Throughput values of emergency group are higher than those of the general group, indicating successful process of giving priority for emergency group.

Abstract: The literature has focused its attention on the relationship between digital learning and learning context in Indonesia. From this perspective, the lecturer also needs a development accompanied by digital transformations that enhance value creation. Times change requires lectures to increase their ability to share knowledge with students. The majority of students faced come from generation Z, where students have accustomed to the latest IT news. Submis- sion of material using the latest media is easier for students to understand. This paper analyzes the conceptual framework of digital transformation aligned with the educational standard. According to the result, organizations to prepare their strategies according to skills development to respond to the challenges of digital transformation.

Abstract: Sistem Komunikasi Serat Optik memungkinkan transmisi informasi dengan kapasitas data yang besar dan waktu yang cepat. Salah satu kendala pentransmisian ini dipengaruhi oleh dispersi. Berbagai metode digunakan dalam perancangan untuk mengurangi dispersi sehingga didapatkan optimalisasi transmisi, salah satunya adalah dengan perancangan Dispersion Flattened Fiber (DFF ). Dispersion Flattened Fiber merupakan serat optik yang telah dimodifikasi sehingga memungkinkan dispersi yang terjadi mendekati nol di dua atau tiga panjang gelombang yang berbeda dan sangat mendekati nol diantaranya. Perancangan DFF ini dilakukan melalui cladding serat optik yang dibuat berlapis-lapis dan dilakukan pada serat optik Single-Mode Step-Index (SM/SI). Cladding yang dibuat sampai dengan tiga lapis (Triple-Claddig).

Abstract: Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan aplikasi web saat ini, maka performansi aplikasi adalah isu yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan oleh developer. Agar dapat terus memenuhi user expectation terhadap performa aplikasi tanpa menambah resource perangkat keras, maka solusi yang mungkin dilakukan adalah melakukan optimasi dari sisi scripting aplikasi. Symfony adalah sebuah framework berbasis PHP 5 yang memfasilitasi developer dengan langkah-langkah optimasi yang dinamakan Tweak Method. Tweak Method dapat dilakukan dengan 3 cara : Tweak Model, Tweak View, dan Tweak cache. Dalam studi kasus ini penulis mengimplementasikan Tweak View dan Tweak cache. Pada Tweak View, langkah optimasi yang dilakukan fokus pada bagaimana mengurangi byte transferred. Sedangkan pada Tweak cache, proses optimasi yang dilakukan adalah mengimplementasikan teknologi PHP Cache yang berfungsi untuk cache opcode dari response. Hasilnya, pengimplementasian Tweak Method pada aplikasi kasus dapat mempercepat Response Time hingga 99.26% dan byte transferred hingga 88.05% dari sebelumnya.
