TL;DR: In this paper, a new fractional model for human liver involving Caputo-Fabrizio derivative with the exponential kernel was proposed, and the existence of a unique solution was explored by using the Picard-Lindelof approach and the fixed-point theory.
Abstract: In this research, we aim to propose a new fractional model for human liver involving Caputo–Fabrizio derivative with the exponential kernel. Concerning the new model, the existence of a unique solution is explored by using the Picard–Lindelof approach and the fixed-point theory. In addition, the mathematical model is implemented by the homotopy analysis transform method whose convergence is also investigated. Eventually, numerical experiments are carried out to better illustrate the results. Comparative results with the real clinical data indicate the superiority of the new fractional model over the pre-existent integer-order model with ordinary time-derivatives.

TL;DR: This paper introduces the second major revision of SPMF 2, which provides more than 60 new algorithm implementations (including novel algorithms for sequence prediction), an improved user interface with pattern visualization, a novel plug-in system, improved performance, and support for text mining.
Abstract: SPMF is an open-source data mining library, specialized in pattern mining, offering implementations of more than 120 data mining algorithms. It has been used in more than 310 research papers to solve applied problems in a wide range of domains from authorship attribution to restaurant recommendation. Its implementations are also commonly used as benchmarks in research papers, and it has also been integrated in several data analysis software programs. After three years of development, this paper introduces the second major revision of the library, named SPMF 2, which provides (1) more than 60 new algorithm implementations (including novel algorithms for sequence prediction), (2) an improved user interface with pattern visualization (3) a novel plug-in system, (4) improved performance, and (5) support for text mining.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors reported the sonochemical synthesis of DBNO NC (dysprosium nickelate nanocomposite) using metal nitrates and core almond as a capping agent.
Abstract: The present work reports the sonochemical synthesis of DBNO NC (dysprosium nickelate nanocomposite) using metal nitrates and core almond as a capping agent. In addition, the effects of the power of ultrasound irradiation were investigated. The BaDy2NiO5/Dy2O3 and BaDy2NiO5/NiO nanocomposites were synthesized with sonication powers of 50 and 30 W, respectively. The agglomerated nanoparticles were obtained using different sonication powers, including 15, 30, and 50 W. The results showed that upon increasing the sonication power, the particle size decreased. After characterization, the optical, electrical, magnetic, and photocatalytic properties of the NC were studied. The nanocomposites showed an antiferromagnetic behavior. In this study, the photocatalytic degradations of two dyes, AR14 and AB92, were investigated in the presence of DBNO NC. Furthermore, the effects of the amount of photocatalyst, the concentration of the dye solution, the type of organic dye, and light irradiation on the photocatalytic activity of the nanocomposite were studied. The results showed that with an increasing amount of catalyst and decreasing concentration of dye, the photocatalytic activity of the nanocomposite was increased. This activity for the degradation of AR14 is higher than that of AB92. Both AR14 and AB92 dyes show higher photocatalytic degradation under UV irradiation than under Vis irradiation.
