Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used the Cancer Genome Atlas lung adenocarcinoma (TCGA_LUAD) cohort to describe the molecular data associated to tumor grading.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: An overview of the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway and the relationship between this pathway and Parkinson's disease is provided in this paper , which provides an effective resource for the discovery of potential therapeutic drugs.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: Tuszynski et al. as discussed by the authors found that GASP-1 promotes proliferation and invasion of the triple negative breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 and targeting GASPs for treatment of breast cancer is indicated.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper , an unbiased in silico method was used to rank the yet to profiled long non-coding RNA (lncRNAs) in colorectal cancer.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: Combined analysis of cytokeratin 7 (CK7) and CK20 is often used for assessing the origin of metastatic cancer as mentioned in this paper , and the diagnostic utility of CK7 and CK20, tissue microarrays containing 15,424 samples from 120 different tumor types and subtypes and 608 samples of 76 different normal tissue types were analyzed by immunohistochemistry.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper , the expression patterns of PRAME and SOX17 were compared by immunohistochemistry in both pure and mixed GCT, and it was shown that PRAME is preferentially expressed in SEM or within the seminomatous component of mixed gCT with only focal variable expression in YST and CC.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper , the legacy of the two scientists that made important discoveries in the field of alcohol-induced liver damage, Professors C.S. Lieber and S.W. French, was discussed.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this article , the authors examined the effect of miR-200c restoring on enhancing the BC cells' sensitivity to Doxorubicin through downregulating the MDR1 expression.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors used single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) to demonstrate the heterogeneity of macrophages associated with liver Mallory-Denk bodies (MDBs) formation in mice through single-cell resolution.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this article , the authors investigated the mechanisms behind the protective effects of ranolazine on the heart and brain in Dox-treatment, and found that ranoline significantly improved the left ventricular (LV) function via attenuating cardiac injury.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors found that phloretin induced autophagy in SH-SY5Y cells by decreasing p-AKT and p-mTOR levels in the AKT/mTOR pathway and increasing the activation of JNK, the phosphorylation of c-Jun and the expression of Beclin-1.

Journal ArticleDOI
TL;DR: In this article , the authors evaluated the inhibition of cell growth by 17-trifluoromethyl phenyl trinor prostaglandin F2α with NK1 receptor in breast cancer cell lines and found that PGF2a has a high binding affinity towards NK1 Receptor from molecular docking studies.
