TL;DR: In this article, a Pascal program, PVNet, is developed at the Commission of the European Communities Joint Research Centre, Ispra, to model the electrical behaviour of solar cell interconnection circuits, and the program calculates three-quadrant solar cell currentvoltage (I-V) curves using a lumped parameter equivalent circuit model, combines them to obtain the resultant I-V curve of any interconnection circuit, and calculates the operating point of each circuit element, set by user-defined operating conditions.
