Arginase inhibitory activity of stem bark extracts of caesalpinia tortuosa roxb
TL;DR: In this article, the arginase inhibitory activity of Caesalpinia tortuosa Roxb. stem barks was evaluated using microplate readers at 430 nm, and the total flavonoid content of active extracts were determined using AlCl3 colorimetric method, and phenolic content was determined using Folin-Ciocalteu method.
