TLDR
Based on the panel data of China's provincial agriculture, the authors used the Super-SBM model to calculate China's agricultural green total factor productivity based on carbon emissions, and the results showed that agricultural carbon emissions show an inverted-U trend, but the overall growth rate shows a gradual declining trend.

Effect of green technology innovation on green total factor productivity in China: Evidence from spatial durbin model analysis

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper used stochastic frontier analysis and Malmquist index methods to estimate provincial GTFPs of China during 2000-2016, and then, Spatial Durbin model is used to find out their spatial effect of green technology innovation on green total factor productivity from regional perspective.

Measuring green total factor productivity of China's agricultural sector: A three-stage SBM-DEA model with non-point source pollution and CO2 emissions

TL;DR: Zhang et al. as discussed by the authors applied a three-stage Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method combined with the Slack-Based Measurement (SBM) model to eliminate the influences of environmental factors and random errors and explore the real AGTFP of 30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2017.

How crop insurance influences agricultural green total factor productivity: Evidence from Chinese farmers

TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors used SBM-GML (Global-Malmquist-Luenberger) index model to measure agricultural green total factor productivity and systematically examined the impact of crop insurance on agricultural green overall factor productivity as well as its mechanism.

Climate change 2007: the physical science basis

TL;DR: The first volume of the IPCC's Fourth Assessment Report as mentioned in this paper was published in 2007 and covers several topics including the extensive range of observations now available for the atmosphere and surface, changes in sea level, assesses the paleoclimatic perspective, climate change causes both natural and anthropogenic, and climate models for projections of global climate.

Formulation and estimation of stochastic frontier production function models

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors define the disturbance term as the sum of symmetric normal and (negative) half-normal random variables, and consider various aspects of maximum-likelihood estimation for the coefficients of a production function with an additive disturbance term of this sort.

Remarks on Some Nonparametric Estimates of a Density Function

TL;DR: In this article, some aspects of the estimation of the density function of a univariate probability distribution are discussed, and the asymptotic mean square error of a particular class of estimates is evaluated.

Productivity growth, technical progress and efficiency change in industrial countries

TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed productivity growth in seventeen OECD countries over the period 1979-88 and found that U.S. productivity growth is slightly higher than average, all of which is due to technical change.
