TLDR
Neutropenia concerns appear to be more closely related to cancer specific QoL compared to general quality of life as demonstrated by the stronger relationship of the NSS to the FACT-G than to the EQ-5D.About:

Use of generic and condition-specific measures of health-related quality of life in NICE decision-making: a systematic review, statistical modelling and survey
Louise Longworth,Yaling Yang,Tracey Young,Brendan Mulhern,M Hernández Alava,Clara Mukuria,Donna Rowen,Jonathan Tosh,Aki Tsuchiya,Pippa Evans,A Devianee Keetharuth,John Brazier +11 more
TL;DR: EQ-5D was valid and responsive for skin conditions and most cancers; in vision, its performance varied according to aetiology; and performance was poor for hearing impairments and there was no evidence in skin conditions.

Economic Evaluation of Strategies to Prevent and Treat Febrile Neutropenia in Lymphoma Patients
TL;DR: Methods used in health care decision making were employed to evaluate strategies for prevention and treatment of febrile neutropenia in non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients, to quantify the cost-effectiveness of filgrastim and pegfilgrastIM as primary prophylaxis against FN in NHL patients, and to develop an algorithm for converting health-related quality of life data collected in non -HodGkin lymph cancer patients into preference-based health utility values.
