Designing brands and managing organizational politics: A qualitative case study of employer brand creation

In this paper, the authors present a qualitative case study of an employer brand project in a large industrial company and identify three distinct sets of activities of employer brand creation: defining and demarcating employer branding, developing and maintaining cooperation, and confirming and contesting management ideas and structures beyond employer branding.
