Thermal conductive composites based on silver-plating graphite nanosheet and epoxy polymer
Fan Xie,Shuhua Qi,Dong Wu +2 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a novel thermal conductive composite was prepared by using Ag-NanoG as thermalconductive filler and epoxy resin as the polymer matrix, and the microstructures of nanoG and nanoG were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction and then the thermal conductivity, impact strength, and thermal stability of the composite were investigated.
