Rapid microdetermination of fatty acids in biological materials by gas-liquid chromatography.

TL;DR: The method was applied to the determination of fecal fatty acids in conjunction with an interdepartmental study on “High protein diet in colon cancer” at the University of Missouri and the applicability of the analytical procedure was shown for a wide variety of biological materials.
