A review on the advanced design techniques and methods of vibrating screen for coal preparation

TL;DR: In this paper, a systematic search of literature published during the last fifteen years was carried out and based on the analysis on these papers, these advanced design techniques and methods were summed up as three issues: the kinetic properties of the screen body by dynamic modeling, the optimal screening operational parameters by discrete element method and the dynamic design of the body by finite element method.

Composite synchronization of a four eccentric rotors driven vibration system with a mass-spring rigid base

TL;DR: In this article, the composite synchronization of four eccentric rotors (ERs) driven by induction motors in a vibration system with a mass-spring rigid base is investigated, where an adaptive sliding mode control (ASMC) algorithm and the master-slave structure are employed to implement the controlled synchronous motion of two motors.

Viscoelasticity of Rubber Springs Affects Vibration Characteristics of a Flip-Flow Screen With the High G Value

TL;DR: Results indicate that hysteretic damping of rubber springs can effectively solve the conflict between vibration strength and structural reliability of the flip-flow screen, since the low sensitivities of maximum stresses and the high sensitivity of accelerations to rubber springs damping are found.

Position synchronization of multiple motion axes with adaptive coupling control

TL;DR: The proposed adaptive controller and parameter estimator employ coupling control by feeding back position errors and differential position errors, and have been realized to guarantee asymptotic convergence to zero of both position and synchronization errors.

Synchronization of Two Motion Control Axes Under Adaptive Feedforward Control

TL;DR: In this paper, the adaptive synchronization problem is formulated and analyzed in the continuous time domain first, and then in the discrete time domain, where the adaptive system for each axis consists of a proportional feedback controller, an adaptive disturbance compensator and an adaptive feed forward controller.

DSP-Based Cross-Coupled Synchronous Control for Dual Linear Motors via Intelligent Complementary Sliding Mode Control

TL;DR: A DSP-based cross-coupled intelligent complementary sliding mode control (ICSMC) system is proposed in this paper for the synchronous control of a dual linear motor servo system and some experimental results are illustrated to show the validity of the proposed control approach.
