Quality and rigor of the concept mapping methodology: A pooled study analysis

In the present study a reference model was designed for people victims of the Colombian armed conflict ( VCA ) Participants of the Service Enlace Social ( ES ) of the Secretaria Distrital de Integración social ( SDIS ). Fourth, for the generation of the elements of the reference Model, the results of the characterization of the users of the service are used, the characterization of institutions ( 18 ) and services ( 29 ) that have programs aimed at the VCA population, as well as the Result of content analysis performed to 24 individual semi-structured interviews carried out with professionals and service users is. This study leaves the conceptual structure of the reference model proposed. The results of this statistic suggest that there is conceptual homogeneity between 59 of the 62 elements proposed for the conceptual reference components.
