The use of artificial intelligence models for the reduction of nanoparticle size in the synthesis of ZnO

TL;DR: In this paper , an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) was used to predict the best experimental conditions to reduce particle size during the synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles, and the results were confirmed by using several characterization methods, such as approximation of effective masses (5.3 nm), equation Debye-Scherrer (52 nm), and high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HR-TEM) selected micrograph ( 5.5 nm).
