Abstract
A single LiB/sub 3/O/sub 5/ crystal cut normal to x(=a) and z(=b) can be used for the 90/spl deg/ phase-matched SHG at 0.475-0.875 /spl mu/m by heating the crystal from /spl sim/20 to 320/spl deg/C. The improved Sellmeier's equations and new formula of the temperature variation of the refractive indexes are presented. >
