TLDR
This model modeled the relationships among the extent of IT outsourcing, the ZOT (the Zone of Tolerance), and IS success and found significant direct and indirect effects of outsourcing on IS systems’ perceived usefulness and their users’ satisfaction.

Evaluating E-learning systems success : an empirical study

TL;DR: A comprehensive model has been developed which provides a holistic picture and identifies different levels of success related to a broad range of success determinants and was found to be the determinants of e-learning use.
Journal ArticleDOI

Technology Acceptance and User Experience: A Review of the Experiential Component in HCI

TL;DR: This study reviews 37 papers in the overlap between TAM and UX models and discusses four of the main theories used in reasoning about the experiential component and point to the near absence of psychological needs and negative emotions in the models.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cost and time project management success factors for information systems development projects

TL;DR: In this article, the authors identify the project management practices through which an organization can optimize the Cost and Time Project Management Success (CTPMS) of Information Systems (IS) development projects.
Journal ArticleDOI

Review of the Empirical Business Services Sourcing Literature: An Update and Future Directions

TL;DR: This update found that researchers have significantly expanded the variables of interest in the last 4 years, and proposed a future research agenda that includes continued, incremental progress on ‘normal science’ research questions, as well as more ambitious research goals.
Journal ArticleDOI

How pre-adoption expectancies shape post-adoption continuance intentions: An extended expectation-confirmation model

TL;DR: A novel extended expectation–confirmation model is proposed which explores the impact of pre-adoption expectancies and confirmation on post-ad adoption satisfaction and continuance intentions and guides the M-wallet application developers to enhance user satisfaction andContinance intentions by meeting their pre- adoption expectations through consumption-driven confirmation.

Evaluating Structural Equation Models with Unobservable Variables and Measurement Error

TL;DR: In this paper, the statistical tests used in the analysis of structural equation models with unobservable variables and measurement error are examined, and a drawback of the commonly applied chi square test, in additit...

Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and User

TL;DR: Regression analyses suggest that perceived ease of use may actually be a causal antecdent to perceived usefulness, as opposed to a parallel, direct determinant of system usage.

Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and user acceptance of information technology

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed and validated new scales for two specific variables, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, which are hypothesized to be fundamental determinants of user acceptance.

Multivariate Data Analysis

TL;DR: In this paper, a six-step framework for organizing and discussing multivariate data analysis techniques with flowcharts for each is presented, focusing on the use of each technique, rather than its mathematical derivation.

Structural equation modeling in practice: a review and recommended two-step approach

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors provide guidance for substantive researchers on the use of structural equation modeling in practice for theory testing and development, and present a comprehensive, two-step modeling approach that employs a series of nested models and sequential chi-square difference tests.
