Journal ArticleDOI

Mixing of isoscalar and isovector magnetic dipole excitation modes in 206Pb and 208Pb: Case of electron scattering form factors.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated here that the isoscalar-isovector mixing is also crucial for explaining the momentum dependence and the absolute magnitude of the form factor.
Journal ArticleDOI

Transverse electron scattering form factors at low momentum transfer: sensitivity to in-medium modifications of vector mesons?

TL;DR: In this article, form factor measurements of $M2$ and $M4$ with inelastic electron scattering at higher values of $q$ were used as a test case to derive information on in-medium modifications of the meson mass.
Journal ArticleDOI

Depopulation of the Jπ = 9- isomer in 180Ta to the Jπ = 1+ ground state by Coulomb excitation

TL;DR: In-beam Coulomb excitation of the odd-odd nucleus 180Ta has been studied by using a 136Xe beam and a setup consisting of five EUROBALL CLUSTER detectors and the Darmstadt-Heidelberg Crystal Ball array as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

High-resolution (e, e') study of isovector M1 and M2 transitions in the oxygen isotopes

TL;DR: In this paper, a tentative spin-parity assignment of J π = 3 2 + is proposed for the 14.75 MeV level, where the transition to the 15.10 MEV level is mainly M1 with B (M1, k )↑ = 0.14 ± 0.04 μ N 2.
