C. Bäumer,A.M. van den Berg,B. Davids,D. Frekers,D. De Frenne,E.-W. Grewe,P. Haefner,Mohsen Harakeh,F. Hofmann,M. Hunyadi,E. Jacobs,B. C. Junk,A. Korff,Karlheinz Langanke,Gabriel Martínez-Pinedo,A. Negret,P. von Neumann-Cosel,L. Popescu,S. Rakers,Achim Richter,H. J. Wörtche +20 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the charge exchange reaction at an incident energy of 171 MeV and scattering angles near $0\ifmmode^\circ\else\text degree\fi{}.
Journal ArticleDOI
Parameter-free description of orbital magnetic dipole strength
TL;DR: In this article, a sum-rule approach was used to describe the low-lying orbital magnetic dipole strength in even-even nuclei using a sum rule approach, where the moments of inertia and the g factors were substituted by the parameters of the ground state rotational bands.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fine structure of the isovector giant dipole resonance in Pb 208: Characteristic scales and level densities
I. Poltoratska,R. W. Fearick,A. M. Krumbholz,Elena Litvinova,Elena Litvinova,Hiroshi Matsubara,Hiroshi Matsubara,P. von Neumann-Cosel,V. Yu. Ponomarev,Achim Richter,Atsushi Tamii +10 more
TL;DR: The fine structure of the IVGDR in 208 Pb is found at 80, 130, 220, 430, 640, and 960 keV, and at 1.75 MeV as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Form factor of the M1 transition to the 10.23 MeV state in 48Ca and the role of the Δ(1232)
W. Steffen,Hans-Dieter Gräf,Achim Richter,A. Härting,Wolfram Weise,U. Deutschmann,G. Lahm,R. Neuhausen +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, a shell-model calculation of the 10.23 MeV 1 + state in 48 Ca has been analyzed in terms of non-nucleonic degrees of freedom.
Journal ArticleDOI
Experimental Test of a Trace Formula for a Chaotic Three-Dimensional Microwave Cavity
C. Dembowski,Barbara Dietz,Hans-Dieter Gräf,Andreas Heine,Thomas Papenbrock,Achim Richter,Cornelia Richter +6 more
TL;DR: This work has measured resonance spectra in a superconducting microwave cavity with the shape of a three-dimensional generalized Bunimovich stadium billiard and analyzed their spectral fluctuation properties.
