TL;DR: The VIRTIS instrument on board the Rosetta spacecraft has provided evidence of carbon-bearing compounds on the nucleus of the comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko, and no ice-rich patches are observed, indicating a generally dehydrated nature for the surface currently illuminated by the Sun.

Radar evidence of subglacial liquid water on Mars

TL;DR: Radar data from Mars Express show that there is a lake of liquid water underneath the solid ice of Mars’ southern ice cap, and this feature has high relative dielectric permittivity, matching that of water-bearing materials, which is interpreted as a stable body of liquidWater on Mars.
