A Validation Study for the Use of ROS1 Immunohistochemical Staining in Screening for ROS1 Translocations in Lung Cancer

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used immunohistochemical (IHC) staining to detect ROS1 gene rearrangements in lung cancer, which are rare abnormalities that are typically identified by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and so screening using IHC staining would be both cost and time efficient.
