Journal ArticleDOI

Pleuroparenchymal fibroelastosis in patients with pulmonary disease secondary to bone marrow transplantation.

TL;DR: Patients who underwent bone marrow transplantation and subsequently developed pleuroparenchymal fibroelastosis, hitherto reported as an idiopathic condition, presented clinically with pneumothorax and subpleural fibrosis on high-resolution computed tomography, with the expected obliterative bronchiolitis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Reactive pulmonary lymphoid disorders

TL;DR: Clinically, there was no clear difference between patients with the two disorders, or patients with pathological features of both, but histology and immunohistochemistry suggested lymphoma, and in one of these cases this diagnosis was confirmed by the polymerase chain reaction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multidisciplinary interobserver agreement in the diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

TL;DR: The overall accuracy of a clinical diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in expert centres is good, and the level of agreement between the readers within each panel was only fair to moderate.
Journal ArticleDOI

Desquamative interstitial pneumonia, respiratory bronchiolitis and their relationship to smoking.

TL;DR: The aim of this study was to compare histological parameters in cases of DIP and RB and to review in detail clinical, imaging and histological data for DIP in relation to a history of smoking.
