TL;DR: Hospitalized patients with ACAP or CAP or CAP/AspRF+ had similar anaerobic flora compared to patients without aspiration risk factors, and a large proportion of CAP patients received anti-anaerobic antibiotic coverage.

TL;DR: Bacterial pathogens predominated in this selected subgroup of PERCH participants drawn from those with radiological consolidation or PF, with S. pneumoniae and S. aureus the leading pathogens identified.
